Eligibility
Low-income or elderly or people with disabilities within the service area. Senior Wills Clinics are available by appointment for seniors 60 and older. Minnesota Disability Law Center and the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic serve the entire state. Criminal and personal injury cases (or any case where there would be damages awarded) are not eligible.

MORE INFORMATION Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid gives legal help to people in poverty and to people of any income level age 60 or older or living with disabilities. Legal aid services include: The Minnesota Disability Law Center is the federally designated Protection and Advocacy agency for people with disabilities in the state of Minnesota. Lawyers and advocates provide free legal help to people with disabilities on disability rights issues. The Senior Law Project (SLP) provide civil legal services to adults 60+ with a focus on seniors with the greatest social and economic need.
