Landlord and tenant assistance that offers help, information, and support during rental housing disputes MORE INFORMATION Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid provides free civil legal services to people with low incomes in central Minnesota. Assessment, investigation, advice and representation in negotiation, lawsuits, administrative enforcement proceedings in the following housing and homeownership issues:
