Eligibility
Qualified clients must show a Minnesota-issued identification and one of the following:
  • Proof of participation in a federal or Minnesota needs-based public assistance program
  • Most recent income tax return showing a single household income of less than $45,180 or family household income of less than $93,600.
  • Any caretaker of free roaming, community outdoor cats (feral cats) qualifies to have those cats spayed or neutered (regardless of their financial status).

Veterinary care for dogs, cats and other pets. Services may include pet care and supplies. MORE INFORMATION Provides spay/neuter services for animals belonging to shelters, rescues and low-income pet owners in Minnesota. They also spay and neuter free roaming, community outdoor cats (feral cats). Spay and neuter services provided for: dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, and rabbits. Provides vaccinations, microchipping, mite/tick/flea treatment and limited basic treatment to surgery patients only. Services are provided at a mobile surgery clinic and a stationary clinic in North Minneapolis.
