Residents of service area 60 and older Services cover the cities of: Albertville, Becker, Big Lake, Bloomington, Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Buffalo, Champlin, Crystal, Deephaven, Delano, Eden Prairie, Edina, Elk River, Excelsior, Golden Valley, Greenwood, Hanover, Hopkins, Long Lake, Maple Grove, Medicine Lake, Minneapolis, Minnetonka, Minnetonka Beach, Monticello, Mound, New Hope, Orono, Osseo, Otsego, Plymouth, Richfield, Robbinsdale, Rockford, Rogers, Shorewood, Spring Park, St. Michael, St. Louis Park, Tonka Bay, Wayzata, Woodland and Zimmerman

Hennepin, Wright, Sherburne, Scott, Carver, Ramsey, and Anoka counties HOME program offered in Hennepin, Wright, and Sherburne counties

Fall prevention helps to reduce falls by older adults. Programs can include creating awareness of risk factors, educational classes, strength and balance exercises, or assessment of in-home risks and home safety education. MORE INFORMATION Provides free in-home safety checks and can coordinate appropriate improvements, like grab bars, improved lighting, and reducing tripping hazards.
