Children birth - 18 that are registered in the Hopkins or or Minnetonka School Districts or live in Hopkins, Minnetonka, Excelsior, Shorewood, Deephaven, Greenwood, or Woodland

Application process

Register at the office or by calling (952) 933-3860 At the time of your appointment, you must bring a photo I.D., proof of current address, and identification for each registered child
