To qualify for Twin Cities R!SE, you must:
* Be able to work legally in the U.S.
* Be at least 18 years old
* Be willing to work full-time (32+ hours)
* Be within the income guidelines
* Demonstrate English fluency and basic literacy
* Have no criminal sexual conduct crime or arson charges
