Eligibility
Children ages 3 - 18
- Identified as having Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) as defined by Minnesota Statute
- Resident of Olmsted County
- At risk of being placed or admitted to an in-patient or residential treatment program
- Experiencing seriously impaired functioning at home, school or in the community as a result of their severe emotional disturbance
- Currently involved in two or more systems of care
