Eligibility

Children ages 3 - 18 * Identified as having Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) as defined by Minnesota Statute * Resident of Olmsted County * At risk of being placed or admitted to an in-patient or residential treatment program * Experiencing seriously impaired functioning at home, school or in the community as a result of their severe emotional disturbance * Currently involved in two or more systems of care

Description

Behavioral Health serves children and youth who are struggling with mental health or behavioral concerns, parent-child conflicts, truancy, or substance abuse. Services include: * Information and referral * Case Management and coordination * Case Planning * School Advocacy * Building Informal Support Network * Family Therapy and Parent Coaching * Neuro Feedback and Bio Feedback * Intensive Family Intervention
