Program where staff or volunteers interact with people who live on the street, build relationships, try to identify immediate needs and provide information about longer-term support services. MORE INFORMATION Homeless outreach programs: * Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) * Housing First (Anoka/Dakota/Hennepin/Ramsey County) * Outside-In (Ramsey County) * Access & Recovery Center (ARC) Housing First * Street Outreach (Hennepin and Ramsey counties) Provides: * Street outreach connecting those experiencing homelessness with services and basic survival gear * Drop-in services with showers and laundry * Substance use disorder services * Case management services * Services to navigate the healthcare system, secure transportation to appointments, maintain housing and employment, and get referrals to community supports
