DESCRIPTION: A group of people that meet on a regular basis to share their experiences and provide mutual support. MORE INFORMATION * Provides caregiver support groups at the VINE Adult Community Center * In Chat with Friends (formerly Memory Cafe,) people with memory loss and care partners are invited to join VINE staff in a comfortable setting to connect, socialize and build new support networks with peers * Program to Encourage Active, Rewarding Lives (PEARLS) mental health program
