People who meet the age requirements may rent a private apartment/townhome at market rate. The market rate of senior apartments is determined by the realty market. The rent is not subsidized by the government or other agencies. Senior housing is provided in a secure environment which may offer social events with the other residents and may have a communal dining facility. A full-service continuing care retirement community, it provides an active independent lifestyle with maintenance-free living.
