Serves residents of Chippewa, Kandiyohi, Meeker, Redwood, Renville, Swift, and Yellow Medicine Counties To qualify, applicants must have:
  • Received a final shut off notice
  • Exhausted all other energy assistance funds
  • Had a critical event (crisis or emergency) that has prevented them from paying the bill
