Eligibility
Single adults who have histories of long-term homelessness compounded by mental illness, substance abuse, chronic illness, and trauma. This organization provides housing referrals/resources to ex-offenders reentering the general population from a correctional facility.

8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Application process
Delancey Street Services accept clients who have been referred through their county's coordinated entry system. Call (651) 925-8490 and ask to speak with someone from Delancey Services.
