Eligibility

Single adults who have histories of long-term homelessness compounded by mental illness, substance abuse, chronic illness, and trauma. This organization provides housing referrals/resources to ex-offenders reentering the general population from a correctional facility.

Application process

Delancey Street Services accept clients who have been referred through their county's coordinated entry system. Call (651) 925-8490 and ask to speak with someone from Delancey Services.

Delancey Street Services help you: * Get off the street and find and keep affordable housing * Access care for your physical and mental health needs * Identify and access available resources to meet your immediate needs * Explore or pursue work, school, or volunteer opportunities * Develop your own personal support system
