Eligibility

Age 60+, no income restrictions, residing in the service area. Services cover the cities of: Albertville, Becker, Big Lake, Bloomington, Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Buffalo, Champlin, Crystal, Deephaven, Delano, Eden Prairie, Edina, Elk River, Excelsior, Golden Valley, Greenwood, Hanover, Hopkins, Long Lake, Maple Grove, Medicine Lake, Minneapolis, Minnetonka, Minnetonka Beach, Monticello, Mound, New Hope, Orono, Osseo, Otsego, Plymouth, Richfield, Robbinsdale, Rockford, Rogers, Shorewood, Spring Park, St. Michael, St. Louis Park, Tonka Bay, Wayzata, Woodland and Zimmerman.

8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday

Apply online or download the application and return by mail.
Fees

Offers services based on a sliding fee scale. This means seniors contribute to the cost of the service based on their monthly income and ability to pay. No one is denied service based on ability to pay. Title III grant funding is available for Hennepin, Sherburne and Wright county residents.

Learn more about this service when paid for under waivers in the Community-Based Services Manual. MORE INFORMATION Provides affordable homemaking, yard work and snow removal services. Services are provided by paid hourly staff, volunteers and skilled workers. Yard tasks: * Lawn mowing * Seasonal yard work, raking, spring yard cleanup * Raking leaves * Snow removal Housekeeping tasks: * Sweeping and mopping floors * Dusting and vacuuming * Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens * Helping with laundry
