The Minnesota Disability Law Center is the federally designated Protection and Advocacy agency for people with disabilities in the state of Minnesota.
This agency provides free civil legal assistance on disability-related issues to individuals with disabilities statewide, regardless of age or income, on legal issues related to their disabilities.

- Education about services available and rights to services
- Advocating on behalf of an individual
- Representation in court and hearings
