Coordinated activities are provided to students to teach the knowledge and skills needed for post-school activities. This can include such things as employment, further education and training, community experiences or living independently. MORE INFORMATION The Lighthouse Transition Program trains blind and visually impaired youth ages 14 - 21 in skills and knowledge needed to live independently after completing school.
