Eligibility

West 7th Community Center: Service area includes St. Paul neighborhoods: West 7th, West Side, Highland Park, Summit Hill, Macalester/Groveland, Summit/University, Hamline/Midway. Services are available for individuals with Alzheimer's disease or memory loss as long as hands-on or personal care services are not needed.
