DB101 is a quick, easy and safe way to learn how work and benefits can go together to help increase income for people with disabilities. It's private (confidential) and using DB101 will not affect your benefits. Anyone can use DB101, but DB101 is designed specifically for Minnesotans with disabilities on disability benefits, ages 13 - 64. Disability Benefits 101 (DB101) helps people:
  • Learn more about disability benefits
  • See how benefits and income might change with a job
  • Explore work incentives
  • Learn from people's stories
  • Set work goals and plan next steps
  • Prepare for job changes
DB101 is a tool of the Disability Hub MN™ System. Disability Hub MN is managed by the Department of Human Services Disability Services Division, and the service is delivered through a contract with the Metropolitan Center for Independent Living (MCIL) and the Southeastern Minnesota Center for Independent Living (SEMCIL).
