Eligibility is based on income and household size. Funds are available for renters and homeowners. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Serving Aitkin, Carlton, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, Pine counties and the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe

Complete the online application for both Energy Assistance and Weatherization Assistance. Or download and print an application, and mail it to your local service provider: * English Application * Spanish Application * Hmong Application * Somali Application * Vietnamese Application Applications can also be picked up from your local service provider, or Minnesota residents can obtain an application and more information by calling (800) 657-3710 or email: [email protected]
