Eligibility

Together, the Adaptive Recreation and Learning Exchange (ARLE) serves youth and adults with disabilities. The Learning Exchange classes serve adults with disabilities age 18 years of age and older.

Application process

Call (952) 681-6121 Monday – Friday from 8:00am - 3:30pm for more information. Requests must be placed at least 10 business days before class.

Fees

Classes have fees. For some classes, the fees may be higher for people who do not live in the school districts of: Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Edina or Richfield

Offers opportunities for people with disabilities to socialize and participate in activities MORE INFORMATION Learning Exchange offers a variety of customized classes and special events, as well as training and accommodations to include adults with disabilities, 18 and older, in all community education activities in Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Edina and Richfield. Classes take place at various locations in the four cities. Programming may include:
