MORE INFORMATION A free evening clinic providing basic health care services in the Phillips Neighborhood staffed by University of Minnesota health professional students with supervision. Patient services include:

• Medical services such as physical exams, pediatric wellness visits, and treatment for acute and chronic conditions
• Pediatric wellness visits
• Mental health assessments and counseling
• Lab work
• Nutrition, weight management, and smoking cessation
• Physical and occupational therapy
• Medication management
• Dental referrals and oral health assessments, dental supplies
• Flu vaccine
• Women's health exams and counseling
• Assistance with medical assistance applications
• Homelessness counseling and housing information
• Referrals to community resources and food shelf information

Spanish interpreters are available every night the clinic is open. Specialty clinic nights are occasionally offered that may include hearing testing, dermatology, foot care, ophthalmology and women's health.
