Case managers help people to plan, access, evaluate and coordinate services from their service providers. Plans are customized to each person's own needs and preferences. Learn more about case management costs that are covered through waivers in the Community-Based Service Manual. MORE INFORMATION The program coordinator assists seniors with maintaining public benefits and Supplemental Security Income (SSI), arranging interpreters and transportation, obtaining health insurance benefits, and more. Services are provided by phone or office appointment.
