Seniors over the age of 65 OR adults with disabilities who have one of the following barriers:
- Mobility issues limiting ability to carry groceries
- Transportation issues liming their ability to get food and essential items
- Low-income (see income guidelines below)
- Households of 3 or fewer individuals
- Resides within program services area and doesn't have the Keystone Foodmobile stopping at their location
