Program is open to the caregivers of 60+-year-old Korean elders

Fees

No fees for Caregiver coaching and counseling, caregiver education and access assistance. Some fees for direct services - Minnesota Senior Health Options (MSHO) and Elderly Waiver (EW) accepted. Sliding fee scale for non-MSHO/EW clients.

Hennepin, Ramsey, Washington, Dakota, Anoka, Carver, and Scott counties Phone support available for anyone in the state or neighboring region

Information, guidance and support for family and other informal caregivers, typically through in-person meetings, over the phone or using online communications. MORE INFORMATION This program offers the following services to caregivers of Korean elders aged 60 or older:
  • Caregiver support group
  • Caregiver training and counseling
  • Caregiver education
  • In-home senior respite care
The Special Access program provides social services to the elders by exposing them to the mainstream programs for their qualified services.
