Transportation program that provides rides for people in and around their community. Learn more about transportation costs that are covered through waivers in the Community-Based Service Manual. MORE INFORMATION Dial-a-Ride curb-to-curb transit services are available by calling dispatch. Volunteer drivers provide rides using their own private vehicles * Passengers are assigned to volunteers by the Tri-CAP dispatch center and may be traveling to medical appointments or a variety of other destinations.
