- Housing Support Program - for people who have a disability and are head of household
- Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) - requires a documented disability and multiple instances of homelessness
- All participants must meet Housing and Urban Development (HUD)'s definition of Chronic Homelessness

Housing for people with low income, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, that includes coordination of other services for residents. The coordination professional can help residents identify resources, navigate systems or help with applying to additional programs.

- Permanent Supportive Housing - Includes a rent subsidy where individuals or families pay 30 percent of their income for rent. The program includes home visits and case management services based on need.
- Chronic Permanent Housing - Provides weekly home visits for case management. The program also includes a housing subsidy, so a person would only pay 15 percent of their income for rent, and there is no time limit for how long they can stay on the program
- Housing Support Program - Case management provided based on needs
