Information, guidance and support for family and other informal caregivers, typically through in-person meetings, over the phone or using online communications. MORE INFORMATION Resources for Enhancing Alzheimer's Caregiver Health (REACH) is an evidence-based caregiver consultation service. This service focuses on those who care for someone with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia. This program works one-on-one with caregivers to assess risk, assist with problem solving, provide skill building techniques, manage behavior changes and find time for themselves.
