DESCRIPTION: A group of people that meet on a regular basis to share their experiences and provide mutual support. MORE INFORMATION Grief & Loss (https://www.sapaseniors.org/grief-loss) This 8-session small group study is for those experiencing recent loss and looking to learn about the grief process and tools to move through it. The group will be using the secular curriculum, "Grief and Loss" written by Taylor Blanket, Licensed Master of Social Work. Sessions take place annually. This group study is led by Pastor Whitney Sheridan, Centennial United Methodist Church, and is sponsored by Centennial United Methodist Church and St. Anthony Park Area Seniors.
