Most programs are available in St. Louis, Lake, and Cook Counties. Some programs are also available in Aitkin, Carlton, Cass, Chisago, Crow Wing, Isanti, Itasca, Koochiching, and Pine Counties. Service area may be dependent on program availability. Please check to confirm if the service is available in your location.

- Equipment may include wheelchairs, shower chairs, bedside commodes, walkers, crutches, canes and high-rise toilet seats.
