Offers opportunities for people with disabilities to socialize and participate in activities MORE INFORMATION Inclusion services are available to participants of programs offered within Eden Prairie Parks and Recreation at no additional cost to the family. The Adaptive Recreation & Learning Exchange (AR&LE) program provides activities and classes for adults with disabilities in the cities of Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Edina, and Richfield.
