Eligibility
The Continental applicants must be homeless 1 year continuously or 4 times in the last three years. The Alliance applicants must be working full-time or actively seeking work or volunteer in the community 20 - 25 hours a week. Sobriety is strictly enforced.

Housing for people with low income, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, that includes coordination of other services for residents. The coordination professional can help residents identify resources, navigate systems or help with applying to additional programs. MORE INFORMATION The Continental offers stable apartment homes for 70 formerly homeless individuals. Supportive services include:
  • On-site case manager
  • Provides resources and community involvement opportunities for residents
Alliance Apartments provides housing for 184 formerly homeless adults in a sober community.
