There is a standard enrollment fee for all members admitted to Active Day, except for those on Medical Assistance. The private pay fee varies by state, level of care and other factors. Funding is available through Medicaid, Long-term Care Insurance, Veteran's Administration and various other State and County grants and programs.

Services are directed at maintaining or improving a person's ability to self-care. This includes health, social and nutritional services. Services are directed toward the achievement of specific outcomes identified after assessment in a service plan. This service may be provided either in-person or remotely. MORE INFORMATION * Includes assistance with available transportation options or they provide service of door-to-door transportation to their clients.
