All community members with with serious and persistent mental illness with children under 18 accompanied by an adult.

Referrals for these services must be made by a physician, therapist, or mental health case manager.
Fees
Accept many types of insurance, including Medical Assistance (MA) for covered services.
At Human Development Center (HDC) no one is denied services due to inability to pay. Each location has a sliding fee scale available based on your income for people without insurance.

Harmony Club offers persons with mental health disabilities the opportunity to be part of a social club, making friends and learning new skills. While Harmony is not a treatment program, they do work closely with staff from other Human Development Center (HDC) Community Support Program (CSP) services to assist consumers with vocational, housing, and psychotherapy needs.
