Eligibility
All community members with with serious and persistent mental illness with children under 18 accompanied by an adult.
Hours
8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday - Wednesday, Friday
Application process
Referrals for these services must be made by a physician, therapist, or mental health case manager.
Fees
Accept many types of insurance, including Medical Assistance (MA) for covered services. At Human Development Center (HDC) no one is denied services due to inability to pay. Each location has a sliding fee scale available based on your income for people without insurance.

Program services are primarily provided on an outreach basis with services typically occurring in the home or community. Outreach Centers offer persons the opportunity to be part of a social club, making friends and learning new skills.
