12:00pm - 8:00pm, Monday, Tuesday 12:00pm - 5:00pm, Wednesday - Friday 10:00am - 2:00pm, Saturday

Application process

Exams require an appointment; some services, such as emergency contraception and prescription refills, are available on a walk-in basis.

Fees

Provides both low-cost and free health care. No one is turned away if they are not able to pay. Payment is based on a sliding scale of how much you are able to pay. Will see clients without health insurance, and can help you find out if you qualify for a low-cost state health insurance plan.
