Senior transportation serves the west metro: * Hopkins bounded by 62 and the south, 101 on the west and Hwy 7 (the portion west of 494) * Minnetonka east of 494 and north of Hwy 7 * Plymouth east of 494 and south of 49th Ave N * Crystal south of 49th Ave (call for more definite boundary) * Edina north of 77th St but east of Hwy 169 and est of Xerxes and France Avenues * Uptown Minneapolis south of Hwy 394, north of Excelsior Blvd, north of W 36th St (until Hennepin), north of Lake St, east of Chicago Ave and south of Washington Ave * Golden Valley * St Louis Park Hospitals and clinics outside this area the program drives to: * U of MN Medical facilities * Park Nicollet Clinic in Wayzata * Park Nicollet CLinic on Carlson Pkwy * North Memorial Hospital
