DESCRIPTION: Transportation program that provides rides for people in and around their community. MORE INFORMATION The Jacob Garber Transportation Services is curb-to-curb transportation for clients of the program. Volunteers provides services to all ages for appointments, errands, social activities and gatherings. * Unlimited rides, scheduled at least one business day in advance * Must be able to transfer in and out of the car independently * Foldable walkers are acceptable. Cannot accommodate wheelchairs. * Operates from 8:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday The [Accompanied Transportation program](https://jfcsmpls.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/Accompanied-Transportation-Services_flyer.pdf) provides rides to medical appointments only. Drivers will stay at the appointment location to drive the client home. * Limited to two trips per month * Rides must be scheduled six business days in advance

Fee
Rides are available on a sliding-fee scale. Rides over 10 miles within the defined service may be charged an additional fee.
