For reservations call between 9:00am - 12:00pm, Monday - Friday Make reservations at least 24 hours in advance

Fees

Rides are available on a sliding-fee scale. Rides over 10 miles within the defined service may be charged an additional fee.

Transportation program that provides rides for people in and around their community. Learn more about transportation costs that are covered through waivers in the Community-Based Service Manual. MORE INFORMATION The Jacob Garber Transportation Services is curb-to-curb transportation for clients of the program. Volunteers provides services to all ages for appointments, errands, social activities and gatherings. * Unlimited rides, scheduled at least one business day in advance * Must be able to transfer in and out of the car independently * Foldable walkers are acceptable. Cannot accommodate wheelchairs. * Operates from 8:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday The Accompanied Transportation program provides rides to medical appointments only. Drivers will stay at the appointment location to drive the client home. * Limited to two trips per month * Rides must be scheduled six business days in advance
