Anyone who shows up who has limited access to care and is in pain is eligible. There are no residency requirements. All minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Application process
Walk in - no appointments, first come, first served until patient spots are filled.
Dates that they are open are listed on the agency Facebook site.
4:00pm registration.
Must be in the east lobby of the building at sign-up times because spots fill quickly and the number of people who can be seen is limited.
Fees
$30 per tooth (one tooth only) paid at visit, cash payment only. No insurance is needed or billed.
