Offers hospital-based mental health and substance use disorder services MORE INFORMATION The Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe is committed to providing holistic (mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical) services which honor, promote, and support the well-being of Anishinaabe people. Services include:

• One-on-one counseling
• Diagnostic assessments
• Medication management and monitoring
• Outreach case management
• Family and couples therapy
• Children's mental health services (specialized for ages zero to five years of age)
• Domestic Violence Re-Education groups

Addiction and chemical dependency programs:

• Adolescent outpatient treatment
• Assessment services
• Men's outpatient treatment
• Opioid treatment
• Women's program
