MORE INFORMATION Provides information and referral, outreach, advocacy, and short-term case management services to help American Indian elders access services they need Services include: * Transportation for elders with mobility issues * Access to nutritious food and other commodities * Connections to community through social events * Support during difficult times * Assistance with applying for or accessing other community resources. * Technology workshops and individual support The Mikwendaagozi ("To Be Remembered") Project, provides culturally specific dementia education and resources to use in education sessions for non-Native providers.
