To be eligible for Specialized Service an individual: * Must be unable to board, ride, or disembark a Fixed Route Metro Bus, or access the Fixed Route system due to a combination of a disability and physical barrier (i.e. distance to bus stop, terrain, etc.) * Use a personal oxygen supply or ventilator
Advanced reservations required. Must be certified to use. Call (320) 252-1010 to request an application or fill out online. An in-person interview to determine eligibility is also required. After eligibility is approved call (320) 252-1010 up to 7 days in advance to schedule a ride.
