Congregate Housing Services Program (CHSP)

Eligibility
Primarily seniors and people with disabilities who are income eligible. Full-time students and individuals age 50 and over can also apply.
Application process
Applicants can apply for housing and services at the same time. Current residents can apply for services at any time. If you are not currently residing in St Paul Public Housing, you will need to complete two separate applications; one for housing and one for this program. If you already reside in St Paul Public Housing, you only need to fill out the application this program.
Fees
Fees are based on a percentage of income. Fees are substantially less than other assisted living or long-term care programs.
