Transitional Housing - Individuals with Criminal Histories

Eligibility
This housing facility accepts individuals with criminal histories reentering the general public population from a correctional facility, with:
  • Felony Conviction in the state of Minnesota
  • County of Conviction is Stearns, Benton or Sherburne
  • 365 days or less from felony sentencing date or release from incarceration for a felony conviction
  • Must be on supervision

10:00am - 4:00pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, by appointment only

Provides housing and supportive services to individuals and families who are homeless or in need of safe housing. Transitional housing helps people live independently, address issues that led to homelessness or kept them homeless, rebuild their support network and transition into permanent housing.
