Hot, well-balanced meals are available to older adults at congregate dining sites. Fresh meals may be served as group dining or packaged and available for take-out. MORE INFORMATION Congregate dining is a free daily lunch available to community elders.
  • Transportation provided to a limited number of individuals within a service area by calling Brian Heart at (612) 391-1801 between 9:00am - 3:00pm.
