Residents of Minneapolis Public Housing Authority apartment buildings

Case managers help people to plan, access, evaluate and coordinate services from their service providers. Plans are customized to each person's own needs and preferences. Learn more about case management costs that are covered through waivers in the Community-Based Service Manual. MORE INFORMATION Provides older adults and people with disabilities with services that help people remain safely in their own homes in 40 Minneapolis Public Housing Authority buildings and Village at Franklin Station Provides case management, information and referral and group services to residents. Assistance includes:
  • Economic assistance eligibility (medical assistance, food stamps and cash assistance)
  • Physical and mental health
  • Financial concerns
  • Housing needs
Staff have access to a translation service to meet language needs of all residents. Bilingual Somali staff are available to meet language and cultural needs of Somali residents.
