- Applicant is 18 years of age or older
- Applicant has income that is less than 80% of the Federal Median Income
- Applicant has had no felonies in the last ten years

- Applicant has no outstanding debt owed to Leech Lake Housing

- A rental program for lower income families, follows United States Median Income Guidelines.
- Applications are accepted at the Housing Authority office or by mail, email or fax.
- Upon receiving a complete application the application will be placed on a waiting list for an applicants choice of area.
