[St. Christopher Place](https://www.cctwincities.org/locations/st-christopher-place) Permanent supportive, affordable housing, assistance and services for 71 low income men and women in Saint Paul who have been experiencing homelessness. Units are furnished with a twin size bed, desk, chair, small closet and sink/vanity area. Services include employment and education referrals, life skills training, goal planning assistance. Shared amenities include computer room, internet access, TV room, kitchen and private storage. Most residents live at St. Christopher Place for less than two years. Residents have month-to-month leases and may stay permanently as long as they abide by lease terms and gain positive rental history
