A group of people that meet on a regular basis to share their experiences and provide mutual support. MORE INFORMATION Sisters and Misters in Survival monthly cancer survivor support group meets at various locations in the Twin Cities.
  • At the support group meetings members share their experiences, coping skills, encouragement, information, resources, hopes and fears.
  • Members learn connecting with other breast cancer survivors can help alleviate the fear, isolation and stress that occurs with the diagnosis and treatment for breast cancer.
  • Meetings can also help to improve communication, emotional health and your quality of life throughout. Women with other types of cancers are welcome to join the group.
