Product that allows people to document their medical conditions, allergies, current medications and other important information. This information is then readily available in an emergency. MORE INFORMATION Provides an emergency medical identification system in the form of a bracelet or a necklace. The medical ID is engraved on the back with the person's medical condition. Emergency and healthcare professionals are trained to look for the MedicAlert ID. Also engraved on the MedicAlert ID is a toll free number that provides 24/7 instant access to the individual's emergency records and names of physicians or relatives to be contacted. Offers three membership levels with added features, such as:
